Location:  Northeast High School

 

Lincoln Northeast is seeking a paraeducator who has a desire to work with students who have special needs.  Needs of students will vary and include behavioral challenges, communicate nonverbally, bathrooming, and personal hygiene needs.  A strong candidate for this position has the ability to create strong relationships with students, demonstrates effective communication skills, and provides quality feedback to all learners, as well as understands and applies the practices of cultural proficiency with students, staff, and families. Interested applicants should be flexible, positive, dependable, take initiative, be a team player, as well as be responsive to the needs of staff and students.
