Nutrition Services, Head Cook
Prepare food items according to the daily food production schedule and approved standardized recipes. Prepare special diet meals. Follow all HACCP requirements. Work closely with the Manager to ensure sufficient quantities are prepared each day. Knowledge of proper food handling and food safety requirements is essential. Knowledge of the proper use and cleaning of all food service equipment is preferred. Job training will be provided.
Candidate must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds, and frequently lift 25 pounds in a given day.
5.5 hours/day - Hours 7:30 am -1:30 pm
