The Technology Training Analyst - SIS focus is responsible for the planning, design, delivery, and implementation of end user training for the district student information system and related third-party modules; including planning, delivering and facilitating instructor-led and video tutorial training; developing and updating training curriculum and content; creating and maintaining documentation; maintaining training-related web content; conducting in person workshops, webinars and one-on-one mentoring and problem resolution with end users; coordinating, composing and disseminating end-user communications; evaluating software updates for changes that may impact users; and coordinating with other members of the team to deliver the best experience to end users. This includes the application of systems analysis techniques and procedures and consultation with users to determine hardware, software, and/or system functional specifications.  Additionally, this position includes evaluating workflow and processes to create efficiencies and improve user experience as well as the change management associated with assigned projects.

Pay Range: $60,000 to $65,000
