Head Cook
Prepare food items according to the daily food production schedule and approved standardized recipes. Prepare special diet meals. Follow all HACCP requirements. Work closely with the Manager to ensure sufficient quantities are prepared each day. Knowledge of food safety is essential. High volume cooking experience, and knowledge of the proper use and cleaning of all food service equipment, is preferred. Job training will be provided. Location to be determined at time of hire.
Candidate must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds, and frequently lift 25 pounds in a given day.
Hours may vary
Typically 5.5 hours -6.5 hours per day, between the hours of 6:30 am -1:45 pm
$18.15/hr to $19.66/hr. is the pay range for this position.
