Prepare bakery items from scratch, according to the daily food production schedule and approved standardized recipes. Prepare products for special diets. Follow all HACCP requirements. Work closely with the Manager to ensure sufficient quantities are prepared each day. Knowledge of food safety is essential. Knowledge of from scratch baking procedures and proper use and cleaning of all food service equipment is preferred. Job training will be provided.
Candidate must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds, and frequently lift 25 pounds in a given day.
