Beattie Elementary is looking for a strong candidate for this position who has experience working with children with behavioral issues and disruptive and/or at risk youth and or students recieving life skills programming. Candidate must have the ability to create strong positive relationships with students, staff, and families.  Additionally, candidate must have a willingness to be trained in behavior techniques and instructional strategies, demonstrates effective communication/crisis intervention/resolution/mediation skills as well as understands and applies the practices of cultural proficiency with students, staff and families.

 

 

 

Position requirements:  An associate’s degree or at least 48 semester hours of college credit (equates to 72 quarter system hours).   Successful candidate for this position will be required to submit an official transcript to verify they have met the educational requirement posted. If a candidate does not meet this requirement, they must complete an online certification program within the first 30 days of employment.

 

Hourly pay rate $19.36
