The Help Desk Technology Support Specialist is assigned to provide direct and remote technology support in the district. This individual provides support services, primarily over the phone, related to workstation computers, peripherals, network devices, and software/applications.

 

Demonstrable experience troubleshooting computer operating systems. Verifiable experience working in a fast paced, customer centric information technology environment. Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.

 

Pay: $21.94 per hour plus a pension and generous leave and benefits

Calendar: 260-day / 8 hrs
