Technician, Behavior Intervention Substitute (2024-2025)
Looking for a strong candidate for this position who has experience working with children with behavioral issues and disruptive and/or at risk youth and or students recieving life skills programming. Candidate must have the ability to create strong positive relationships with students, staff, and families. Additionally, candidate must have a willingness to be trained in behavior techniques and instructional strategies, demonstrates effective communication/crisis intervention/resolution/mediation skills as well as understands and applies the practices of cultural proficiency with students, staff and families.
