Lefler Middle School Park is looking for a Behavioral Technician with an empathetic approach along with high and consistent expectations when working with students. This position would involve data collection and entry on a daily basis. Working with students on missing skills academically and behaviorally. Working with the team to collaborate level adjustments weekly and to identify triage questions. Escorting students to and from classes and aiding in the check in and check out routines for students.

 

Position requirements:  An associate’s degree or at least 48 semester hours of college credit (equates to 72 quarter system hours).   Successful candidate for this position will be required to submit an official transcript to verify they have met the educational requirement posted. If a candidate does not meet this requirement, the NDE flexibility requirement must be completed within the first 30 days of employment which includes training.

 

Calendar: 183 Days

Hourly pay rate: $19.36
