Location:  McPhee Elementary School

 

We are seeking an 7.5 hour paraeducator to support our English Learners in a culturally diverse, language-rich environment.  A suitable candidate will be able to work on a team, collaborate with multiple teachers, take directions from teachers and administrators, and be a self-starter. Must be flexible, able to take initiative, able to follow directions and instructional plans, and be a team player. 

 

This position will assist with student(s) with language acquisition needs. Assignment may include providing general support throughout the day and with instructional plans.  Candidates will work with individuals and small groups to support in all academic areas.  

 

Position requires an associates degree or at least 48 semester hours of college credit (equates to 72 quarter system hours).   Successful candidate for this position will be required to submit an official transcript to verify they have met the educational requirement posted.
